We've been asked by a lot of people how we've grown so quickly, and the answer is actually really simple... We've aligned the entire organization around one mission: To provide the best candidate/client service possible. Internally, we call this our WOW philosophy.

The hiremac™ Story

The year was 2008, and our co-founder Sajith Vasudev was looking to join a recruitment company with a difference where the team focus on ethical recruitment practices to provide the best candidate/client service possible. One firm had the right people, but not the passion to WOW the clients/candidates with their service. Another company had the right culture, but lack rock-star performers to take the company to greater heights.

With brewing recession across the globe many giants shutdown their operations and many filed for bankruptcy. Sajith spent the next few frustrating days, walking from corner to corner in his single ensuite room and finally decided to start his dream company hiremac™ right at that suite.

Our goal is to position hiremac ™ as the leading innovative recruitment partner for everyone across the globe.

We want hiremac™ to be known as a leading innovative recruitment partner that happens to sift for best candidates for our best clients. We believe that if we continue to focus on providing the absolute best service, then we can continue to grow as a company. Our hope is that our focus on service will allow us to WOW our candidates, clients, our employees, our vendors, and our investors.

We believe that the speed at which a client/candidate receives our specialized service plays a very important role in how that client/candidate thinks about contacting us again in the future, so at hiremac™, we have put a lot of focus on making sure that every specialized service get delivered to our clients/candidates as quickly as possible.

The most important key to our success will be our service-oriented culture, and we spend a lot of time and effort working on ways to constantly improve our culture.

Our focus on service has resulted in our fast growth, driven primarily by word of mouth. As months passed the hiremac™ brand and our aspirations have evolved, and we grew up from the four walls of that single ensuite room and now have partnered with many elite clients across the globe. Now we have operations in U.S.A /U.K/Australia and back office operations in Bangalore, India.
